23 years of age or older
3+ months of verifiable commercial truck-and-trailer hauling experience
3/4-ton or larger diesel pickup truck with both fifth-wheel and bumper-pull hitches, 2011 or newer. (Older trucks may be considered with insurance approval)

No active DOT or MC authority
